Item:   Discussion & vote on a recommendation to the City Council regarding the proposed amendments to the City of Salem Zoning Ordinance Section 8.1.2.2 (a) to update Flood Hazard District Boundaries, and Base Flood Elevation and Floodway Data to incorporate the Essex County Flood Insurance Rate Map panels updated on July 16, 2014.  

Project:        A public hearing for a waiver from the frontage requirements of the Subdivision Control Law to allow the creation of two lots, each with less than the required minimum frontage.  Also an application for endorsement of a plan believed not to require approval under Subdivision Control (ANR)
